Site Requirements and Tips

For the site to run properly, you need:

  • Internet Explorer 5.0 or later to be installed.
  • Browser cookies to be enabled.
  • Popup blocker to be disabled, if installed.
When Uploading Photos:
  • Be sure that the photo you upload is no larger than 5 MB.
  • Crop each photo properly – the picture should not extend any lower than the person's shoulders.
  • Use the “Improve” tab in the photo editor to adjust the brightness and contrast of the picture, if needed. Clicking “Enhance Photo” will display the changes.

When Entering Cardholder Information:  

  • Be sure you have been given the correct spelling of each person's first and last name prior to producing their badge.
  • To save space, abbreviation is encouraged with lengthy titles. Example: “Guest Services Rep.” instead of “Guest Services Representative.”

Before you purchase a shopping cart: 

  • PREVIEW each badge in the shopping cart to be sure that the photograph shows up properly. The badge will be printed the way it appears on the screen.
  • Double check all spelling; EnterpriseID is not accountable for spelling errors.
  • Make sure each employee photo matches up correctly with their name, title . . .etc.
  • Keep your orders large, if possible. You will save on freight with one large order, as opposed to several small orders. Keep in mind that each transaction in EnterpriseID gets its own freight charge attached.
